Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to alter the Golf Course Sprinkler System, Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Work shall include installation of a deep well with submersible pump; construction of pump house; installation of new turbine pumps, and new irrigation mains providing service to existing system; and demolition of existing water connection to irrigation system. Electrical work will include hooking up exisiting transformer, and running underground secondary with concrete encased duct, and providing pad-mounted transformer. Performance period shall be 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Magnitude of this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This procurement is unrestricted.
