NAWCAD Lakehurst proposes to procure Rhine Air Fuel Cell Ventilation System, Model Number NF45-1 or Equal. The system is used to purge aircraft fuel cells of fuel residue and vapor prior to maintenance activity. The system shall work in conjunction with, and as a supplement to, the NF-20 Fuel Cell Ventilation Equipment in an effort to reduce ventilation cycle times. The requirement includes two (2) each First Article Test Units, two (2) Options for production units, and data deliverables. This requirement includes ducting which shall be provided in accordance with Performance Specification on Conductive Ducting for Aircraft Fuel Cell Ventilation. This is an unrestricted requirement. Delivery is required at a rate of 20 units per month after approval of First Article. Inspection and acceptance at Origin. Preservation and Packaging IAW Best commercial practices.
