Contractor shall provide three (3) Bazooka System - Portable Specialty beds with low air loss, Mfg. by Universal Hospital Services, Inc., Sioux Falls, South Dakota, within 20 calendar days from date of award. Contractor shall provide manufacturers standard warranty to include labor and parts. Systems shall include two (2) service and two (2) operator's manuals. System shall also include patented support surface, exclusive Peristaltic Therapy every 2.5 minutes. The encasement is extremely durable, antimicrobial, stain-resistant, fluid proof, and maintenance free (dimensions 80''X35''X7.5'' and 21 lbs.) Bazooka Control module, dimensions 8.5''X13.25''X15.25'', weight 21 lbs, Electrical rating 115V AC, 60 Hz, 2A, current leakage (100 microamperes, forward and reverse polarity. Ground resistance 0.1 Ohms maximum, electrical cord 12 feet long, detachable hospital grade. Code approval listed medical equipment (UL 544 and UL Canada). Warranty service and service after warranty period shall be provided by the vendor furnishing the equipment.
