89 -- SUBSISTENCE, FROZEN MEAL COMPONENTS Contact Ssgt Jiron, 307-775-3749, Contract Specialist. Potential sources are being sought for a 60 day test to be conducted by F.E. Warren AFB, WY for the purchase of individual frozen meal components. (Preferably Not TV Dinners) from a commercial source. F.E. Warren currently manages and staffs a facility which is capable of providing meal components consisting of 30 meats, 10 vegetables, 8 starches, 8 pastries, and one appetizer with an annual consumption of approximately 840,000 components being provided to four Air Forces bases. A reduced menu selection will be considered. Sources interested in participating in this test program are requested to submit a description of your firms capabilities in writing not later than 30 days after publication.
