NASA/GSFC intends to release a Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) on April 18, 1996, for Feasibility Assessments related to developing the Next Generation Space Telescope. Proposals from broad-based teams in industry and academia will be due on May 9, 1996, with the study results due on August 15, 1996. NASA intends to award Cooperative Agreements to two teams for a fixed price of $200,000 each. Members from these two teams will then join a Goddard team to continue with a Mission Concept Review and further study results after they have delivered their initial study results. Call the Contracting Officer for a copy of a preliminary draft of the CAN.
