SOLE SOURCE: The U.S. Marine Corps intends to award a sole source contract to IFR Systems of Wichita, Kansas for the repair of AN/GRM-114B Radio Test Sets (TS-4317 and J-4843), on an as needed basis. IFR Systems is the sole producer of the AN/GRM-114B, is the only company which has the necessary drawings, and owns the rights to the test set software. The proposed contract action will include a base covering from contract award through 30 September 1996, and an option to cover 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997.
