Q -- SURGICAL SERVICES SOL 538-26-96 DUE 052996 POC Contact Point, Joyce Andrews, (614)772-7013, Contracting Officer, Sharon Kempton, (614)772-7011 On-call surgical services for (a) weekday evening coverage every third week from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am and (b) weekend coverage three weekends per month from 8 am Saturday to 8 am Monday. These services would include any minor surgical procedures and/or consultations that are required and can be performed in an ambulatory setting at the VA Medical Center. Contractor will conduct routine surgical rounds at the VAMC three weekends per month, Saturday and Sunday, to review and evaluate surgical patients and respond to all requests for other surgical services as needed. Additional services, such as during the VA surgeon's emergency absences and/or scheduled leave, may be required. All work must be performed at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Services are to be provided for a Base Year with two (2) additional year performance periods at the option of the Government. Bid documents will be available on or about 4-26-96.
