The contract requires delivery within five months after contract award, will be for Micronetics software upgrades (1 each), integration (1 lot), installation (1 lot), and training (1 lot) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the only source under authority FAR 6.302-1 which has been prepared. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
