R -- DRAFTING SUPPORT SERVICES SOL N00163-96-R-0299 DUE 072496 POC Contact Point, John Billingsley, (317)306-7681, Contracting Officer, John Billingsley, (317)306-7681 This is a notice of intent to place an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for an estimated 8,000 manhours per year of drafting support services. NAWC Indianapolis utilizes different types of Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems. The task orders to be issued under this ID/IQ base contract may include one or more drawings (computer files) in the following CAD systems: (1) Electrical CAD systems; P870, PADS-Perform, Mentor Graphics Boardstation V8.2, and Integraph Veribest PCB V14. (2) Mechanical CAD systems; BRAVO (Schlumberger) 3D system, Integraph EMS PowerPac 3.1.17/Solaris X86 V2.4, and AutoCad V12. This effort is for a base year and a one year option. Contractor's performance must not exceed two hour surface travel from NAWC Indianapolis. No telephone request. Only written or faxed request are acceptable.
