Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to apply bituminous seal coat to approximately 80 miles of parkway motor road, turnouts, accesses and parking areas. In addition to application of seal coat project includes spot leveling and traffic control during paving operations. Project is located on the Natchez Trace Parkway in northeast Mississippi, the northwest corner of Alabama, and continuing through to Lawrence and Lewis counties, Tennessee. Pavement operations will commence in late summer and shall be concluded within 90 days of the start date. Magnitude of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures. Solicitation package will be available o/a April 29, 1996.
