TRW is the prime contractor for the development (both hardware and software), fabrication, integration, test and contractor logistics support for the current Engineering Manufacturing Development (EMD) BCIS Models. The performance specification and technical requirements essential to maintain the EMD BCIS equipment is not available to the government.
