The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida intends to award a sole source Contract to CAST, 900 Technology Park Drive, Billerica, MA 01821 for a Global Positioning System Tester (GPST). The GPST consists of: A GPST 10-Channel Capability Satellite Simulator, two (2) GPST Jammer Simulators, a Removable Hard Drive Set with spare, two (2) Honeywell EGI Simulation Interfaces, External Trajectory, Dual Navigation Points with Independent start/stop, Software Site License, a GPST Workstation, GPST Selective Availability/Anti-Spoofing Simulation, NAVSIM Software, and an Extended Warranty. This system must support two (2) concurrent independent test scenarios operating at different streams. CAST is the only producer of GPST meeting these requirements.
