Thisinstrment reaches the low levels of sensitivity required for Drug testing of pilots in aviation accidents. In particular, drugs such as the Beta blockers, antihypertensive medications and compounds like L-dopa. See Note 22. This is not a formal Solicitation. However, concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning their capability to meet the Government'S requirement.
