The Government intends to solicit on a sole source basis from Sets Technology additional development and integration and engineering support of the Advanced Airborne Hyperspectral Imaging System. SETS Technology has developed and demonstrated onboard an operational P-3C Orion aircraft a passive, visible/near-infrared hyperspectral imaging (HSI) system optimized for littoral applications with the simultaneous integrated functions of precision flight navagation, high rate image stabilization ''point-to-track,'' and automatic data acquisition. Effort to include upgrading and modification to accommodate a quick reaction capability, conduct a Systems Requirement Review, perform test and evaluation and provide reports detailing results.
