C -- A&E INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICE, CCAD, NAVAL AIR STATION, CORPUS CHRISTI, TX SOL N62467-96-R-7467 DUE 050996 POC Adela Pedraza, Procurement Technician, 512/939-2158, 939-2081 (FAX). Projects assigned to this contract will be located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Work includes preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for repair, rehabilitation and construction projects involving mechanical systems. Examples of work are replacement of chilled water supply and return distribution system, replacement of steam boilers, and replacement of potable water system. Related electrical, civil and structural work may be required. The contract may also require review of shop drawings and contract submittals. At this time there is no basic project assigned to this contract. A SHORT SELECTION PROCESS FOR A/E ACTIONS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD WILL BE USED. An evaluation will be performed on the qualification and performance data submitted on SF 254s responding to this announcement along with firms having SF 254s on file. Interested Architect-Engineer firms are invited to: 1. Submit a Standard Form 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire. Firms having a current Standard Form 254 (within one year) on file are not required to register this form. However, those firms with 254s on file shall express their interest in being considered for a particular job in writing and shall also state that a current Standard Form 254 is on file for their firm. 2. Submit any requested supplemental data to procurement office shown, Attn: Code 18CJV. Contract will be for one year. Contract value will not exceed $99,000.00. Minimum guarantee is $5,000.00. Interested firms are requested to include telefax numbers and Contractor Establishment Code (formerly the DUNS number) commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Codes, if known, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
