The Government anticipates the award of a Requirements contract for the period 1 June 1996 through 31 May 1997 with two option years. The Contractor will be responsible for the purchase, delivery and application of dust suppressants at the designated locations. The Contractor shall also be responsible for pre-watering of the designated application areas prior to applying suppressants. All responsible interested sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Only written or faxed requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. Requests for solicitation shall include the Contractor's Federal Tax Identification Number and the Business type; i.e., Sole Proprietor or Corporation.
