Noll,202/708-4900 The General Services Administration (GSA) requests Letters of Interest in a negotiated Art Specialties Services Contract for a professional services contract at and for the National Gallery of Art (NGA), 6th & Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC. Specialties Services to include performance of, but not limited to the following: art handling, preparing, de-installing, packing, moving, unpacking, and installing services, reimbursable supplemental services, and miscellaneous services of Works of Art for the Office of the Registrar in the East and West Buildings of the National Gallery of Art. The Works of Art include paintings, sculptures, textiles, and decorative arts in all of media. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Supplemental Contract with a Base year Period and Four (4) Option year Periods, with an indefinite quantity ceiling of $400,000 for each period for an aggregate contract total of $2,000,000. The government may award more than one (1) contract. Services will be procured, as necessary, by the issuing of task (purchase) orders by the NGA. Consideration is open to established, qualified firms to perform professional services under FAR 22.1102, which currently have active, properly staffed offices within the states of Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia. Request For Proposals (RFP) will be available for issuance on or about June 7, 1996, and will be due 30 days thereafter. A copy may be obtained by written request to Sandy Ulevich or Ronald Noll at the above address. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be received in this office, not later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, in order to facilitate mailing of same to the extent copies are available.
