Jefferies, Contracting Officer, (615)454-7841 This project consists of providing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for removing the existing caulking system for approximately 1,025 LF of exterior windows, cleaning surfaces and installing new backer rods and caulking. The work is to be performed at the Carroll Engineering Analysis Facility (Bldg 1103), Arnold AFB Tennessee. The project also includes fabrication and installation of new flashing at the window heads and re-establishing any lawns and grasses damaged by the work. The performance period shall be 140 calendar days following receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude for this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. Any interested firm may submit a bid which shall be considered. Foreign participation is authorized.
