On or about Friday, April 12, 1996, the United States Postal Service, Windsor Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT will issue a solicitation for new Postal Retail Stores and related work at the Framingham and Worcester, MA Main Post Offices. Sealed offers are due on or before Wednesday, May 8, 1996 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. Work shall be started within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Framingham project is to be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days and the Worcester project is to be completed within one hundred and fifty (150) days. The estimated cost of the Framingham project is between $500,000.00 and $650,000.00 and the estimated cost of the Worcester project is between $650,000.00 and $800,000.00. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly suggested.
