Z -- RENOVATION AND ADDITION TO BUILDING 95 SOL DAKF23-96-B-0039 DUE 070196 POC Contract Specialist Kevin Day (502) 798-7824 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct a single-story addition to Bldg 95 (approximately 2,200 SF) and renovate the existing basement of Bldg 95 (approximately 7,750 SF). The entire basement area shall receive new finishes, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, and renovation of mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, communications and security systems. Approximately 1,600 SF of the basement area also requires demolition of existing walls and construction of new partition walls. Renovation of existing toilets is also included. A new stairway shall be constructed from the new building to the basement. The addition and portions of the renovated basement are secure areas. Sitework shall include, but not be limited to excavation, grading, utilities and relocation of existing fencing. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
