The work includes preparation and reroof all existing roof surfaces and to provide all, but not limited to the required flashing and counterflashing necessary to insure a watertight installation, removal of asbestos roofing materials and other incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 270 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
