The systems shall be complete, including roof design, insulation, standing seam metal roof and relocation of existing mechanical and electrical equipment, etc. New roofs will be installed on existing modular barracks, Korean War era barracks, and administrative buildings. The SIC Code is 1761/$7.0 million. The estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period will be 60 calendar days per building. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
