The work includes but is not limited to; installation of wood stud and gypsum board partitions, acoustical ceiling system, doors, windows, finishes and mechanical/electrical work, and lighting fixtures. Some materials will be provided by the Government. The work is to be completed within 120 days. An IFB will be issued on or about April 29, 1996.
