The items are to be shipped FOB destination to NSWC,Crane, IN, within 30 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be atdestination. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. All responsible sources maysubmit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued on a sole-source basis to Quantic Industries, Inc., 990 Commercial St., San Carlos CA 94070-4084, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no othersupplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
