Box 4508, Davenport, Iowa 52808-4508, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure two hundered and seventy-three (273) Solid State Oxygen Monitors (SSOM), P/N 3270063-0102, a component of the On Board Oxygen Generating System. Litton is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the SSOM, P/N 3270063-0102, and as such is the only firm possessing the requisite knowledge, specialized experience, technical capability, and technical data necessary to meet Government requirements.
