16 -- PROCUREMENT OF STARBOARD BATTLESTAFF RACKS SOL N00019-95-G-0134 POC Contact, Sherry Bonaiuto, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed price order under BOA # N00019-95-G-0134. This order will include the Starboard battlestaff racks, bolkhead, cabinet and associated data in support of the ALCS training facilities. This order will be issued on a sole source basic to Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems, Inc. (CTAS), Waco, TX. CTAS is the only source with the prerequisite knowledge and experience in design and development of the battlestaff in support of the E6 aircraft. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 30069-96.
