Each of the two vehicles shall be based upon a van chassis converted to four wheel drive with automatic front locking hubs. The vans shall have an extended top, RV type heater/air conditioner, dual fuel tanks, two generators (4KW), pneumatic antenna mast, and a roof platform. The interior will accommodate two operators and two half racks of equipment. Delivery to Fort Huachuca, AZ on or about 1 Aug 96 . All responsible sources may submit an offer.
