The primary purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire electric powered compact pickups and vans anticipated to be available from original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in accordance with the terms of the energy policy act of 1992 (epact). Offers must be either an OEM (responsible for fuel economy of the gasoline version of the Model supplied under provisions of 49 CFR, parts 531 or 533). Or have an agreement with an OEM pursuant to the terms of the epact. Electric powered vehicles may be either 1996 and/or 1997 models. Shipment required is 150 days after receipt of delivery order.
