The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has the requirement for a support contract which will provide expertise for OSD on DoD's nuclear responsibilities and capabilities, including safety, security, reliability, operations, force structure, stockpile issues, infrastructure, and strategic planning. Contractor shall provide expert technical and operational studies, analyses and assessments which are used by OSD staff and decision-makers in developing informed nuclear-related decisions, actions and planning. Contractor facility and personnel will require a DoD security clearance of TOP SECRET. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. All requests for the RFP (DNA001-96-R-0030) must be in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable and shall be faxed to the attention of Gerald W. Huthoefer at (703) 325-9291.
