The Umatilla National Forest will be accepting quotes for the collection of cones for tree improvement and reforestation needs and surveys and minor maintenance of selected tree improvement trees. The project is located throughout the Walla Walla Ranger District in northeastern Oregon and southeastern Washington. Oregon and Washington Farm/Forest Labor Licenses are required.
