R -- F-4E WST AND TSSC SOL F42630-96-R-BBBBC POC For copy, Leo Garcia/Likt/(801)777-4208, For additional information contact Leo Garcia/Likt/(801)777-4208 The F-4E WST Support acquisition is intended to provide continuation of on-site Contractor Logistics Support for the F-4E WST, TSSC, all associated equipment, and Engineering Support through the TSSC. The successful offeror will be required to define and manage the operation, maintenance and logistics support of the F-4E WST and the TSSC, and develop, produce, maintain and upgrade software, firmware and hardware products through the TSSC at Holloman AFB. Contractor personnel must have five years experience in the last seven years on F-4E WST and WST/TSSC equipment, or have experience with similar aircraft systems and equipment. They must also be U.S. citizens with a Secret security clearance. The contractor must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide seamless transition (no learning curve) from the current support contract. A minimum of two experienced contractor personnel will be required during the training mission day to initialize the trainer, conduct pre-operational testing, assist with trainer operation, and troubleshoot and repair problems which occur during missions. The training load will be continuous 8.0 hour blocks between 0700-1800 Monday through Friday. Surge training may expand the training an additional six hours per day, and add twelve hours per day on Saturdays. Availability rates will be at no less than 85%, and may be up to 95%. A penalty for not meeting the availability rate will be assessed. Relocation of the trainer and TSSC may be required. The contractor will perform tear down, packaging, and reassemble/repair if required. Past performance will be heavily weighted. (0102)
