A firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The period of performance will be for one base year plus four, one-year option years. This procurement is an 8(a) competitive set-aside under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7349. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional stage. The expected issue date for solicitation IFB2-36271(JMS) is on or about 5/1/96. An ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from bidders, potential bidders, and contractors.
