The work includes furnishing all materials, labor and equipment to strengthen the existing structures to be earthquake resistive. The work includes demolition, excavation, the contraction of concrete foundations, masonry shear walls and connections, and incidental related work. Additionally, Building 1657 will have interior remodeling work done for an existing post office facility. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. NOTE: Large Business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan. Firm fixed price contract. Performance time 365 calendar days. Performance at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California.
