Information regarding ordering plans and specifications is provided at the end of announcement. This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision to provide three (3) wood frame (pole barn) type shelters, 20'x30', complete with shingle roof, lattice panel siding, interior bench seating, elevated wood flooring, 4:12 pitch truss rafters and rough sawn vertical wood gable siding. Design floor load to 20 psf and roof loads to 15 psf dead load and 20 psf live load and a wind load of 70 mph. Also, provide ten (10) 10 ft by 15 ft portable wood frame type shelters that are enclosed on three sides with shingle roof, wood floor, and bench seating inside and outside on three sides. All wood, except roof decking and rafters are to be wolmanized treated lumber and other related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related small business size standard is 17.0 million. Completion time is 75 days after award. Estimated value is under $50,000.00.
