Zeckser, (907)586-7901, Additional Contact, Gilbert Mendoza, (907)586-8747 Project consists of the construction of treated timber bridge abutments for a 16' bridge; the installing of the Govenment furnished bridge; and the furnishing and placement of materials to repair the trail to the bridge; hand placement of rock riprap; installation a 24'' and 18'' culvert, etc. Project is located at the existing Williwaw Campground, which is on the south side of the Portage Highway at approximately mile 4.2, approximately 53 miles from Anchorage, Alaska. There is prebid meeting tentatively scheduled on May 14 at 10:00 a.m. at the Salmon Viewing Parking Area. Contract time is 30 days, with an estimate start work date of June 17, 1996.
