Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) is seeking assistance in an effort to
research and develop new, lower-cost EMP/HPM hardening technologies and
test techniques that are more transparent to the warfighter; to
recommend, assist, and provide analysis in the application and testing
of new EMP/HPM hardening technologies and test techniques on selected
DoD assets; and to assist in transferring new, proven EMP/HPM
hardware/software technologies and test techniques to the warfighters.
This procurement is a small business set-aside. DNA may make multiple
awards as a result of this RFP. All contractor personnel will require
a DoD security clearance of SECRET. All requests for the RFP must be
in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable and should be addressed to
the attention of Michael Jackson/AMA and faxed to (703) 325-9291. A
