The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCA, Bolling AFB DC intends to procure, on a firm-fixed price basis, for the Department of Defense Family Support Centers, an annual subscription service for dedicated, worldwide telecommunications service that will support current programs including Relocation Assistance, Transition Assistance, Career Focus/Spouse Employment, Volunteer Management, Information and referral, Personal Financial Management, Family Life Education, and Family Advocacy both on and off line. The contractor shall have the capability to provide subscription service for all DOD Family Support Centers / Major Commands / Military Service Staff and DOD Staff / Agencies and command locations to access the secure on-line telecommunications network. System features should include electronic mail, CHAT, conferences and user defined databases. Other features should include DOD control over the system, company specific information, public information access, Boleen searching, packet switching, 800 number access, international access, and help with database development. Interested parties shall provide the contracting office with evidence of their qualifications and capabilities to perform all aspects of the requirement. Small businesses shall provide a statement of their eligibility as a small business under SIC Code 7375. The period of performance will be one basic year plus three one-year options.
