TVA intends to enter into a sole-source personal services contract with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conversation, Tennessee Rivers Assessment. The Tennessee Rivers Assessment produced and completed the Tennessee Rivers Information System used to cover aquatic and riparian biology, water quality, and human uses. The system now needs to be expanded to cover new fish and mussell categories, boat launch sites, and evaluate the quality of water resources and potential human uses is selected watersheds of the Tennessee River.
