A project to perform geotechnical drilling services for the U.S. Forest Service on 18 National Forests in Oregon and Washington. This contract will be administered by the Willamette National Forests. This will be a requirements contract with no guarantee that the estimated quantities will be ordered from the Contractor. Work for the projects shall consist of providing qualified geotechnical drilling personnel and equipment, including driller and helper(2), drill rig(s), all hoses and pumps and any necessary equipment and supplies to perform core drilling, soils sampling, hollow stem augering, in site testing and borehole instrumentation services. Estimated start work date is June 1, 1996. Contract performance time is one (1) year with two (2) option years. See Notes 1 and 3. The proposed procurement is totally set-aside for Small Business/Labor Surplus Area concerns. (100)
