The U.S. Department of Energy, Savannah River Operations Office, near Aiken, SC, intends to enter into a non-competitive contract with the Aviation Department of the City of Augusta, GA. This contract is for providing facilities, equipment, and personnel to manually or mechanically load and unload cargo at Bush Field Airport located in Augusta. This action is authorized under Section 303(C)(1) of CICA (41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1)). The Aviation Department has been selected because it operates Bush Field Airport and controls all access to the facility. The period of performance is for five years. Concerns having the ability to furnish the required services are requested to give written notification (including the telephone number for a point of contact) along with a detailed description of the concern's capabilities and evidence that the concern can obtain a permit from the City of Augusta to operate at Bush Field. This information shall be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of this notice. (101)
