The relocation activity will involve the packing and transport of mainframe, minicomputer, LAN and communications equipment as well as belongings and furnishings of staff. Vendor will take significant preparatory steps in advance of each move, provide all vehicles and materials necessary. Relocation process will occur over a series of phased weekends and in some cases, continuously (without interruption) over multiple 24-hour periods. Vendor must be experienced in relocation of sophisticated data processing and communications equipment. Offeror's conference and walk-through will be held.
