Y -- REVITALIZE 16 SENIOR NCO QUARTERS, FORT MYER, ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA SOL DACA65-96-B-0030 DUE 060596 POC Contract Specialist, Debbie Gray, (804)441-7551 The project consists of the Whole Neighborhood revitalization of 16 Senior Noncommissioned Officer three bedroom family quarters, (8 Buildings), including: Addition of powder room on first floor; construction of full bath and walk-in closet in master bedroom on second floor; addition of bedroom over existing sunroom; enlargement of existing kitchen; reconfiguration of interior floor space living and sleeping areas; upgrade and rewiring of electrical systems; restoration of existing windows and doors, including abatement of lead-based paint; addition of rear screened porch, brick steps and on-grade patio; refinish wood flooring, replace tile floors; replace existing plumbing fixtures and galvanized water distribution piping; convert existing oil-fired, hot water boilers to gas-fired; add two new fan-coil units to each family housing unit; provide cable system wiring and outlets; provide telephone wiring and outlets; and provide fire alarm/detection system.
