Geographical Area includes: Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. Include with your response a brief history of your company on the following criteria: (1) CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY: technical competence of key personnel; and type, general condition, and capability of geotechnical drilling, sampling and testing equipment; (2) PAST PERFORMANCE: recent geotechnical experience of firm; and experience of key personnel; and (3) GEOTECHNICAL LOCATION: geographic location of firm and proximity to identified locations. The scope of services will generally consist of drilling, sampling, and field testing in soil and rock, and installation of geotechnical instruments accomplished by means of drive, push, auger, core, or other rotary borings and/or undisturbed sampling. Truck mounted, track mounted, and/or skid rigs will be required for the variable work. Penetration testing, split spoon sampling, core sampling, and thin wall tube sampling will be included.
