Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, transportation, and all other necessary items for a complete and usable project; Cut and remove existing clerestory windows between mullions. Mullions between each window shall remain. Remove metal covers at each truss bay. Remove existing roof access door, hardware and frame at north wall of clerestory. Replace exterior plywood substrate as necessary. Remove existing composition shingle roofing, zinc strips, felt underlayment, flashing and flashing caps at gable ends to expose existing plywood substrate. Install new steel girts, brackets, fastenings and new clerestory curb base. Install new fully adhered polymer modified underlayment, heavy duty SBS modified polyglass shingles, flashing and metal edging. Install new translucent corrugated fiberglass panels, flashings and metal trims for new clerestory window curtain wall. Install new roof access door, frame, trim, flashing and hardware. Install new access ladders, supports, fastenings and roof platform. Estimated Range $100,000 to $500,000. Drawings and Specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $15.00 per copy.
