The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to purchase semiconductor charge transport analysis system that consists of the following: (1) Hall Effect Measurement System, 10 K-300 K, with variable fields to 9 Ts, (2) Fully automated switching option, (3) Dual channel Model 330 Temperature Controller with IEEE 488 and RS232C and cabling to Hall system, and (4) Furnace Insert-Hall Effect system (to be custom-made).
