The Air Force Flight Test Center has a requirement to procure a Computerized Stencil System. The systems shall include; computer equipment with option, software, hardware, and programs necessary to perform all the functions required. The contractor shall provide the following: Computer, minimum 80486-66 MHz with 8 MB RAM integrated Math Coprocessor, minimum 230 MB hard disk drive, 1.44 MB 3.5'' floppy disk drive; minimum 17'' color monitor (minimum 1024 x 768 resolution) with Microsoft Windows; 3.5 Composer design and plot output program to include outline option, distortion option, font design option converter option; Fonts: Minimum 55 fonts; Font designer options to include Libraries General Symbols Extended, General Symbols II, Safety Symbols, Sign Blanks and Shield, Trade Symbols and Transportation Air Symbols; Options: Scanner, minimum 400 dpi resolution flatbed optical and software; Tablet, minimum 20'' x 20'' digitizing tablet, hand-held cursor, and software; Plotter, dial controlled pressure tool head with steering knife blade. Delivery shall be 90 days after award. See Note 1. The SIC is 3571. The Size Standard is 1000 employees.
