for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in
this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FO4626-96-BO203 is issued as a invitation for Bids
and will be awarded as a contract. This solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 90-37. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set
Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification is 2394. The size
standard is 500 employees. The solicitation line items are as follows:
0001 Tents, 15.5FT frame, rapid assembly shelter, light weight
portable, 9ft 6'' extension, 10' 5'' ground cover and flooring screen
windows with flap. Anodized aluminum frame. Lightweight coated
polyester and nylon fabric: fire retardant, mildew resistant, water
repellent, high abrasion and uv resistance. Mfr: Deployable Hospital
Systems, Part No.: Model 6 or equal. Qty: 19 each. 0002 Tents, 13.50ft
length; anodized aluminum frame. Lightweight coated polyester and
nylon fabric: fire retardant, mildew resistant, water repellent, high
abrasion and uv resistance. Area: 170 sf ground cover and flooring
screen windows with flaps. MFR: Deployable Hospital Systems, Part No.:
Model 2 or equal. Qty: 9 each. 0003 Doors, mesh insect screen; for
interior doorway with roll to the side flaps. Color: Green MFR:
Deployable Hospital Systems Part No.: 93066 or equal. Qty: 48 each.
0004 Subfloors, lightweight, tight knit olefin fabric, 3/16'' thick;
69'' wide by length of tents, fabric must meet Mil-C-43204C
specifications, used on shelters to provide ground coverage and an air
space cushion. Color: Green. MFR: Deployable Systems, Part No. 93070
or equal. Qty: 8 each. 0005 Subfloors, lightweight, tight knit olefin
fabric, 3/16'' thick, 69'' wide by length of tents, fabric must meet
Mil-C-43204C specifications. Used on shelters to provide ground
coverage and an air space cushion. Color: Green. MFR: Deployable
Hospital Systems, Part No.: 93083 or equal. Qty: 19 each. Delivery is
to made to: traffic Management Officer Central Receiving, 350 Hangar
Ave, Bldg 549, Cube F, Travis AFB CA 94535-5000. Required delivery to
be 60 days ARO. Inspection and acceptance at Travis AFB CA. All quotes
received shall be FOB destination/Travis AFB CA. The provisions at FAR

acquisition. There are no addenda to those provisions. The provision at

items purchased under this solicitation. The Defense Priorities and

CBD numbered note #1 applies. Vendors wishing to respond to this
solicitation should provide this office with the following: A Bid on
company letterhead for the requested items showing unit price, extended
price, FOB, prompt payment terms and correct remittance address; and a
completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and
Certifications -- Commercial items and DFARS 252.212-7000. Those
companies not in possession of the above referenced clauses in full
text may contact this office and a copy of the clauses will be faxed to
you. Offers must be in writing and accompanied by the completed
Representations and Certifications or they will be rejected. No
