The Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) is seeking a contractor to provide staff and services for the SEC's Fitness Center. The Center will be federally managed with the assistance of the Contractor. The Fitness Center will be opened from 7:00am to 8:00pm, Monday-Friday(excluding holidays), and will be located at the Judiciary Plaza Building, 450 5th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive professional liability insurance coverage for all contractor staff assigned to the Center. The Contractor shall provide individualized exercise programs utilizing specialized exercise equipment, assist with orientation sessions on equipment and use of the facility, ability to assess body composition, conduct group exercise class(as specified), and assist/present/communicate health/wellness programs. Other requirements of the contractor staff will be to assist in the administrative duties involved in a fitness equipment located in the Judiciary Plaza Building and SEC's Alexandria, VA location. All Contractors staff shall be certified instructors and have an updated CPR certification. The overall period of performance for the services specified herein will be October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with two one-year options. (0106)
