Provide labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to overhaul the diesel engine of a Caterpillar D-398 genset at the USCG Omega Station, Haiku Valley, Kaneohe, Hawaii. The work consists of doing a top overhaul per the engine manufacturer's specifications. Due to the uncertainty of the off-air schedule for the Omega Station, the work will be performed during a three week period sometime between 10 June and 1 September 1996. Notice to proceed will be issued at least two weeks before the scheduled off-air. Only faxed or written requests for bid packages received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
