SANDIA NATIONAL LABORATORIES SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY (MUSTAFA) Sandia National Laboratories has developed a new software technology that is now available for licensing. This R&D product could be classified as a high-end scientific visualization software code. Known to Sandia as MUSTAFA, this technology is a Motif GUI (Graphical User Interface) driven, full-featured data visualizer for unstructured grid data. Since this software technology was built with the Express application development environment from AVS Inc., it can also be modified and extended to support other database formats and special visualization methods. Sandia is seeking partners to take this software code to a finished product stage-including software packaging, distribution and support. Sandia will grant commercial licenses to this technology, up to and including exclusive licenses within specific fields of use.
